1. About Our Service

OTIMO DECOR designs and produces custom wall murals printed to your exact wall size, shipped worldwide. Our process is consultative rather than automated: you send us your wall dimensions and images, we prepare a free design preview and a manual quotation, and production begins only after you approve the preview and confirm the order.

2. Quotations and Order Confirmation

• All prices are provided through manual quotation based on mural size, material, and destination. Prices shown on the website, if any, are indicative only.
• A quotation is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• A binding order is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (email or WhatsApp) after you approve the design preview and complete payment.
• We reserve the right to decline an order, for example where a requested design would infringe third-party rights or violate our content standards.

3. Free Design Preview

The free design preview (mockup) is a visualization aid prepared from the wall photo and dimensions you provide. It shows layout, scale, and overall appearance; it is not a color-accurate print proof. Screen colors may differ slightly from the final printed mural — see our Custom Product Policy for details.

4. Payment

• Payment methods and terms are confirmed in your quotation. Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required before production begins.
• We never ask for your card PIN, online-banking passwords, or one-time codes. If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from OTIMO DECOR, contact us immediately using the details on this page.

5. Your Content and Uploads

• You retain ownership of wall photos and design images you upload. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to prepare your preview, quotation, and order.
• You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, any design image you upload for printing. See our Copyright Policy for full terms and our infringement-claim process.
• We do not publish customer photos or completed projects in our gallery or marketing without your explicit permission.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Estimated production and delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates, and delays caused by carriers or customs do not entitle a cancellation of a custom order already in production.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Claims

Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and the claims process are set out in our Refund Policy. Because murals are made to your specifications, statutory withdrawal rights for distance sales do not apply to custom-made goods in most jurisdictions; your statutory rights regarding defective goods are unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including our catalog designs, product photography, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to OTIMO DECOR and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs or website content without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Do not submit false inquiries, upload malicious files, or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider offensive; we may refuse such orders.

10. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that murals will be produced with reasonable skill and care and will materially conform to the approved preview and confirmed specifications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as decorator fees, lost time, or costs of delayed renovation schedules. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably first — contact us and we will work with you in good faith before any formal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
