1. Our Content

All content on www.otimodecor.com — including mural designs in our catalog, product and room photography, mockups, text, graphics, logos, and the OTIMO DECOR brand — is owned by or licensed to OTIMO DECOR and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may browse, share links to, and print pages of the website for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our designs, images, or website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
• Purchasing a mural grants you ownership of the physical printed product — not the copyright in the underlying design.

2. Customer-Uploaded Images

Our custom service lets you upload wall photos and design images (personal photos, purchased artwork, or licensed designs) for printing. When you upload an image, you confirm that:

• You own the image, or you hold a valid license that permits large-format printing for the intended use.
• The image does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or privacy/publicity rights.
• You accept full responsibility for any claim arising from printing the image you supplied, and you agree to indemnify OTIMO DECOR against such claims.

We may decline to print images that we reasonably believe are infringing — for example, unlicensed cartoon characters, brand logos, or watermarked stock images. Declining an order on these grounds is not a breach of contract.

3. Licensed and Third-Party Artwork

Some designs in our catalog incorporate artwork licensed from third-party artists and image libraries. These works remain the property of their respective owners and are printed by us under license. They may not be extracted, reused, or sublicensed by customers.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on our website, or a product we have printed, infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@otimodecor.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice" including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The URL or description of the material you believe is infringing.
• Your name, organization (if any), and contact details.
• A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review all notices promptly, typically within 5 business days. Where a claim is substantiated we will remove or disable the material and, where relevant, cancel affected orders. We may also notify the party who supplied the material so they can respond.

5. Repeat Infringers

We refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly submit infringing material.
