Custom Product Policy

1. The Custom Process

• Step 1 — You send us your wall dimensions (width × height), a photo of your wall, and the design you like: a catalog design, or your own uploaded image.
• Step 2 — We prepare a free design preview showing the design scaled to your wall, plus a manual quotation for your size, material, and destination.
• Step 3 — You request adjustments (crop, color tone, element position) until you are happy. Revisions at this stage are free.
• Step 4 — After you approve the preview and complete payment, we print, quality-check, and ship your mural with installation guidance.

2. Measurements

• Measure the full width and height of the wall at its widest points, and add 2–5 cm of bleed on each side as we advise — walls are rarely perfectly square.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions you confirm. Murals printed to confirmed dimensions that later prove incorrect are not eligible for a free reprint (see Refund Policy §4).
• Unsure how to measure? Send us a photo and rough numbers — our team will guide you step by step on WhatsApp before anything is confirmed.

3. Design Preview and Revisions

The preview defines the layout, cropping, and composition of your mural. What you approve is what we print. Please review it carefully — especially where key design elements fall relative to sockets, doors, or furniture. The preview is a visualization, not a pixel-perfect color proof.

4. Color and Material Expectations

• Screen vs. print — monitors display colors in RGB light; murals are printed in wide-gamut ink on textured media. Slight tonal differences are normal and are not defects.
• Material texture — each of our materials (smooth, textured, canvas-like, peel-and-stick, and moisture-resistant options) has its own surface character that subtly affects appearance.
• Batch consistency — panels within one order are printed in a single run for color consistency. Murals reordered later may vary slightly from a previous batch.
• Image resolution — we check every file before printing and will warn you if your uploaded image cannot support sharp printing at wall size. We may ask for a higher-resolution file or suggest alternatives.

5. Panel Splitting and Installation

• Large murals are printed in vertical panels (typically 50–100 cm wide) that align edge-to-edge or with a small overlap depending on material. Your preview or panel plan shows the layout.
• Each shipment includes a hanging-order reference. Standard wallpaper installation practices apply; hiring a professional installer is recommended for large or complex walls.
• Inspect all panels before installation. Installing a panel is deemed acceptance of its condition — claims for visible defects must be raised before the mural goes on the wall.

6. What We Guarantee

• Your mural is printed to the confirmed dimensions and material, from the approved preview.
• Panels are printed in one batch and quality-checked before dispatch.
• If we make an error — wrong size, wrong design, or a printing defect — we reprint free of charge or refund you, per our Refund Policy.

7. Non-Returnable Nature of Custom Goods

Because each mural is made to your specifications, it cannot be restocked or resold. Custom murals are therefore non-returnable except where defective, damaged, or not as ordered — as set out in our Refund Policy. This is consistent with consumer law treatment of personalized goods in the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
